Hello, I’m Al.
An engineer by profession and a self-taught novice baker by passion. I enjoy baking over the weekends or whenever I have the kitchen to myself.
I grew up watching my mom creating magic in the kitchen; cooking and baking Chinese dishes/nonya kueh/cny cookies/cakes were her forte. And while I only appreciate her culinary skills by eating whatever she makes then, I became fond of baking too as I got older, and I’m fortunate to have a well-equipped kitchen to mess around with.
