It’s always such a pleasure baking for family and friends whenever they drop me a request! Here’s my favorite chocolate cake for a friend’s little kid’s birthday.
For my mom’s cake, I decided to whip up the leftover chocolate ganache and sandwiched in between the cake to add an extra layer of texture.
It was 2am in the morning after I was done with these but these would probably feed a mouthful 🙂 These cakes were baked with quality dark chocolate with nothing less than 50% cocoa. Semi-sweet, rich, and soft; would you fancy?
