Rum & Raisin Ogura Cake #2

As mentioned from my previous post, Cake#2 is ladened with more spices and rum. The cake is still as soft as ever. Love it!

Also, I decided to do a fuss-free rum icing by simply whisking powdered (icing) sugar with pure rum. Sweet, rummy and caramel-y.
